Since I shared with you today my goal to win a body building contest by the time I turn 50 (2 years), I thought I’d share with you some photos of my first body building contest.  Pam and I did the contest together in 2008.  We were only able to compete then because we set good fitness goals, and we worked hard towards achieving them.
