Pillars of Pain Workout

Recently I started Adam Meyer & Billy Beck III’s “Pillars of Pain” workout.  According to them, the workout requires strength, muscle, endurance, and heart.  I have to agree.  There is no doubt I have given this workout my best effort.

Using items laying around my ranch in Atlanta (my truck, a gigantic tractor tire, a weighted ball and sled, 2 buckets with water), I was able to get started on the program.  The thing I enjoy the most about it is I don’t have to go to the gym.  Instead, I get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, while I build my endurance and muscle strength.
