		<description>Hey Gerry Gaeta.  There is a great article on biotin and hair loss on Web MD.  I read it and was going to summarize for you but it is so good you should just read it..  Just go to Web MD and then search biotin in hair loss.

Also I recommend about 3 grams a day of fish oil supplements.  Hope this is helpful.
